Last month, Girl Band released a Rough Trade EP that cobbled together such essential rippers as the Blawan cover “Why They Hide Their Bodies Under My Garage.” It’s essentially the equivalent of getting clocked with a Coke bottle in the middle of a bar brawl starring a Road House-era Patrick Swayze and Steven Seagal before he was a reality TV star. And yet it hurts so good.
The Dublin band’s shows are très brutal, too, making the following tour routing a must if you’re in said cities. If you’re not, there’s always this imminent album to look forward to in the fall:
