After a brief stint on a major label with last year’s Badillac LP and several 7” singles, together PANGEA have rejoined the ranks of Burger Records for this fall’s The Phage EP. Due out October 16th, the effort was produced by Tommy Stinson, bringing the band’s recent opening slot for The Replacements full circle.
“The Phage is essentially cabin fever,” explains frontman William Keegan, “whether it be a cabin or a tour van that you’re trapped in for months. When things become funny for no reason and a little madness sets in, that’s when you start stealing organs with a teleportation ray. Just watch Star Trek Voyager.”
