As we continue to patiently await the DOOMSTARKS album Ghostface Killah promised nine months ago, Adult Swim’s free singles program has unleashed the duo’s latest official leak. Available here and featuring a vintage DOOM beat, “Lively Hood” follows the completely unrelated Ghostface Killah x BADBADNOTGOOD collab Metal Face cut earlier this year. Check it out below, along with the pair’s other previously released single, “Victory Laps.”
In related news, DOOMSTARKS confirmed a special one-off set at Miami’s III Points Festival next month. According to a press release, DOOM will be “transported Star Trek-style directly onto the III Points Festival stage” as part of a “one-of-a-kind, interactive performance.” Which is a nice way of saying he won’t be showing up in person.
