DFA has revealed a long-planned limited 12” of Eric Copeland remixes. Due out tomorrow in a hand-stamped 1,000-copy run, the EP includes four very different takes on the Black Dice co-founder’s Joke in the Hole LP, including productions from Anthony Naples, Larry Gus, King Britt (under his Fhloston Paradigm alias), and Copeland’s longtime friend Panda Bear.
Check out his contribution below: a vaporized version of “Cheap Treat” that hits more high notes than a hot air balloon.
