So this year’s Northside Festival is shaping up to be its noisiest bill yet, as Black Flag presents their first New York performance in 26 years and Swans, Iceage, the Soft Moon, Merchandise and more round out its fifth annual run. Nearly 350 acts are expected to appear at venues around Brooklyn from June 13-16, but that’s not the only thing organizers have planned. The music portion of the fest will now be joined by NExT, “two days of panel discussions, presentations and tech demonstrations from established business leaders and upstart innovators.”
