As if he wasn’t busy enough with his full-time gig over at Ghostly International, Jeff Owens has already unveiled the second album from his new felte imprint. Due out December 4th and available in a limited double LP pressing here, Billow Observatory’s self-titled debut is exactly what you’d expect from a smoke stack name like that–little fluffy cloud loops, heavily processed hooks and zero gravity grooves that bring to mind everything from Stars of the Lid to the duo’s previous work in Manual and Auburn Lull.
