The latest entry in Rookie’s monthly theme song series is a feedback-slapped take on the long-lost folk music of Sibylle Baier. The German actress quietly cut reel-to-reel recordings in the early ’70s, only to have them finally released nearly 30 years later after her son found them and gave copies to family and friends like J Mascis.
