DJ Koze’s Pampa Recordings imprint has shared the first volume in a trilogy of 12-inches featuring remixes of the producer’s Amygdala record. Due out December 2nd, it finds Matthew Herbert in top form on the A-side alongside a shuffleboard beat and freshly cut lead vocals from little known singer Rahel (see also: this track). The flip is much more subdued, as Efdemin brings the BPMs down a bit and shines a search light on a figurative dance floor.
Listen to both treatments below, and look out for treatments from Wolfgang Voigt, Roman Flügel, Mathias Kaden and Robag Wruhme on Koze’s next two singles…
