According to the Guardian, The Cure revealed the tentative title (4:14 Scream) of their 14th album today, as well as plans for a live DVD and another series of “Trilogy” shows featuring The Top, The Head On The Door and Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me performed back-to-back in full. (They already ran through Pornography, Disintegration and Bloodflowers in 2002, and Seventeen Seconds, Faith and Three Imaginary Boys in 2011.)
We’ll share more details as soon as we have them. In the meantime, the band will play a rare pair of shows at London’s Royal Albert Hall on March 28th and 29th. While both Teenage Cancer Trust benefits are sold out, a few tickets will reportedly be released closer to the dates.
