“I don’t know when I will see Dave again,” Tom Waits said after a rare Letterman appearance last night. “I guess from now on we’ll have to settle for bumping into each other at pilates.”
Waits also delivered quite the parting gift in “Take One Last Look,” a new song about facing the sort of significant life changes Letterman will embrace when he signs off for good next Monday.
