As PBS gets ready to head into the second half of its 39th Austin City Limits season with performances from Queens of the Stone Age, Neko Case and more, the station is rescuing one of its most requested episodes from the archives for a limited time. Available to watch in full here through January 18th (and in bootlegged form on YouTube once that window passes), the Tom Waits set features the 28-year-old singer in his Blue Valentine era, a few years before things got really weird on classic records like Swordfishtrombones and Rain Dogs.
